IWSC Management Issues—Module V

This module will provide theory and practice on the ‘manager as coach’ model, with an emphasis on mapping and expanding to address issues in management.  Managers, supervisors, coaches and educators will benefit from the goal setting, enthusing and motivational strategies in this module as they shift their style and set their intention to receive more powerful results in their work with others even when managing through conflicts.
