IWSC Leadership Strategies—Module VIII

This module will provide theory and practice on leadership coaching. Leaders in organizations or groups often face difficulties when relaying bad news or sharing unpopular information. Coaches will practice and develop a personal leadership plan and learn how to support clients in achieving leadership success, even in conflicts.
