Conflict is a fact of life.  Too many of us look at the conflict and dwell on the negative impact rather than focus on the solutions and the opportunities that it presents, for learning, change, growth and development.
This course will provide theory and prac-tice on conflict management coaching strategies to help put clients in the driver seat of resolving their conflicts. It pro-vides coaching tools and strategies like reframing, inquiry, acknowledgement and responsibility which help individuals to learn about themselves in conflict situations and to take responsibility for contributing to the conflict solution.
