Diversity Issues in IWSC
Diversity is a complex reality of life and coaching is real life.  In this course we emphasize on the importance of interpersonal awareness in diversity coaching.  The coach will learn how to understand diversity, discuss diversity issues with ease, how not to offend when exploring diversity issues.  The coach will also explore diversity in the many and various forms and have time to practice, engage in case studies, discussions and personal discovery and resistance to diversity.
