Interpersonal Wellness Services Inc. (IWS Inc.), formerly JBA Consulting Services, has been in operation in Winnipeg, Manitoba since 1997. In November 2007, we launched the Life Coaching Centre to enable us to bring a more extensive range of Interpersonal Wellness services to our clients through a range of organizational, developmental and coaching strategies.

Who We Are

Our company employs the Interpersonal Wellness System® Model to provide a range of smart solutions to help individuals, organizations and groups achieve their Interpersonal Wellness goals. Interpersonal Wellness Coaching encompasses a solution-focused model that helps individuals to develop their own interpersonal skills, thereby impacting their expectations, assumptions and interactions with others.

We are geared to become Manitoba’s favourite coaching venue for learning, intervention, and facilitation. We provide a range of services and products to help you enjoy your life relationships to achieve the life you desire.

The company is owned by Joyce Odidison, MA. PCC. As the primary coach and consultant, she provides most services, with the help of a number of consultants and IWC coaches. Meet our team of experts.
